Summary/Abstract: Today’s dynamic market is a great challenge for organizations which pursue marketleader position. Drive towards success is the most basic concept written into any company’sstrategy. Achieving the goals, which are put in the strategy of the company, is associated withdefining tasks and assigning resources, which then allow their completion. Every organizationhas special, limited resources at their disposal, and when combined, increase the chancesof realising the strategy. A network of organizations is the most effective combination whichincreases the company’s potential. The appropriate, well-constructed chain makes an integral part of the value creation network. The network organization comprises a multi-entitystructure, which doesn’t mean any identity or individuality loss or even deprivation of theseverability. A network boosts the chances of getting competitive advantage in a world wherecooperation terms are dictated by the client. Entities, which are active network participants,are allowed to retain their unique character and networks multi-structuring only increasestheir range of opportunities. Creating networks poses a possibility of effectively introducingnew values to the market.
