Summary/Abstract: Social and cultural factors constitute a significant and relevant area of research inside an organisation. Each one of them creates a valuable component of human resources management. Expanding the body of research in this field, especially in the realm of transnational organisations, which have not received adequate attention, especially in Polish sources is thus crucial. The chief purpose of the article is to prove the influence of human resource management practices and organisational culture on the attitudes and behaviour of employees in a transnational organisation, such as: organisational commitment, innovation and work performance. The article is theoretical in nature and can act as a basis for undertaking empirical studies in this field.
