Poland’s External Balance After Global Financial Crisis

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to assess external balance of Poland after last global financial crisis. The study consists of two parts. The first part describes theoretical concept of external balance and describes indicators used in an assessement of external balance and the second part contains verification of the changes in the value of these indicators after last global financial crisis. The research results show that many of these indicators improved after global financial crisis, but indicators related to foreign debt are still on the high level what is a source of risk for polish economy.
