About two possible aproaches in researching and realizing of the individual differences of the psychic

Summary/Abstract: The report presents a concept for distinguishing two possible approaches of the interpretation of the individual differences in the human psyche. The potential differences are related to the age determined or socially and culturally determined differences observed in children and young people, and serve to assess the prospects and directions of the posterior development. Differences of originality are associated with the individual abilities and characteristics of people (the represent the main content of the studies of modern differential psychology), as they are laid in the basis of diagnosis and selection.
