Summary/Abstract: Rapid changes in consumers' purchasing habits, likes and preferences, the obsolescence of products, and increase in the quality of service accelerate the process of creating innovative products and service. Businesses will initiate the innovation process, only if their employees adapt to work in an innovative environment and internalize the innovations. In this context, such a culture which is supported by the senior management and which has the characteristics such as continuous learning, turning mistakes into an opportunity, and providing employees to participate in decision making will also affect employees' satisfaction with their work. Innovative employees will gain confidence when their different and new ideas are put into practice or approved. The physical, economic and social conditions provided by the innovation culture will help employees internalize the innovation and therefore will increase the satisfaction. The aim of the research is to examine the effect of the existing innovative organizational culture on job satisfaction of the employees in a technologically large-scale business, which uses innovations most. According to the questionnaire administered to 101 employees for this purpose, it was determined that the perception of innovative culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
