Summary/Abstract: Job satisfaction is the feeling of happiness that employees feel by meeting social, emotional and physical needs. In the business environment where rapid changes and competition are taking place, it has become important for employees to actively perform their duties and show commitment to their organizations. This is because employees can leave their organizations much easier as they gain professionalism. In this context, employees must be satisfied by means of development and training programs, earnings and feedback to prevent them from leaving the organization. Strong businesses have employees who concentrate all their knowledge and skills on their business and have strong ties with the organization. The aim of this research is to demonstrate the effect of job satisfaction on emotional, continuance and normative commitments of the employees working at participation banks, which are business organizations shouldering responsibility for stakeholders, public and shareholders. For this purpose, a questionnaire was administered to 101 bank employees. According to the survey results, employees' job satisfaction affects their emotional and normative commitment positively and continuance commitment negatively.
