Summary/Abstract: The source of success of businesses in the tourism sector that have happy employees. Employee satisfaction is reflected in customers. The fact that the employees are engaged to their duties, cause positive work outcomes (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, etc.). Organizational culture, which includes elements such as the quality of work, working environment and working style with colleagues and supervisor, affects the employee behaviors. Employees, the human capital of businesses, are important for the image and continuity of the business. For this purpose, employees who possess their work mentally-physically-emotionally will provide high satisfaction with the richness of culture. The aim of the study is to examine the relationship among “the culture, engagement and job satisfaction” in tourism businesses that contribute to the country's economy and effect the country's image. In this context, a survey was conducted with 199 hotel employees in two top hotels in Istanbul. According to the correlation and regression results of the findings, organizational culture and engagement effect the job satisfaction of the employees significantly and positive.
