Summary/Abstract: Creating the European internal market, having similar properties for all the professional traders, based on the freedom of movement and equivalent customs duties and regulations, represents the background of all economic activities within the European Union.The European institutions have regulated the company law within the European Union indirectly, by issuing directives (leaving to the member states the task to achieve the objectives, as a teleological obligation) and directly, by regulations, on the one hand, and by European Court of Justice decisions, on the other hand.
