Summary/Abstract: The Economic Interest Grouping represents an association of at least two, but no more than twenty natural or legal persons, formed for a specified period of time, in order to enable and improve the economic activity of its members and also to improve the outcome of the economic activities.The Economic Interest Groups are legal persons aiming a patrimonial benefit and they can be professional traders or not.
