Summary/Abstract: Regarding the effect of the legal norm in the course of time, three stages are involved: enforcement of the norm, the effect of the norm and the lapse thereof.Law becomes active, i.e. binding and therefore applicable to all social relationships formed on the basis of legal norms in force at the time of their creation, both to relationships relating to compliance and conflict.
