Summary/Abstract: The rule of EU law must be examined in relation to the new legal system in Romania, due to the accession of our country to European Union on January 1, 2007. The accession prompted the reassessment of all national legislation in the light of EU requirements, requirements expressed in EU-developed numerous legal acts for the achievements of its fundamental objectives.
