Support of business in crisis and fresh start in the context of New Chance Policy

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the publication is to analyze the process of supporting the re-start of business activity in the context of the New Chance Policy. In order to achieve this goal, the author pointed out the connection between the crisis that can occur in the enterprise and the support that entrepreneurs may receive in the context of counteracting the threat. The issues in this regard have been linked to the process of counteracting economic failures of companies in SME sector and to the resumption of business activity by those who have liquidated the business as a result of economic failure. Based on the discussion, the author of the paper pointed out that the application of policy tools for a new opportunity in the education of entrepreneurs may allow them to identify the causes and symptoms of potential risks to the survival of their business, to respond to crises in the enterprise and, in the event of economic failure, to use forms of support for entrepreneurs restoring business.
