The Value as the Category Linking Theories of the Growth in the Economy With Theories of Enterprise

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Connection macroeconomic theories of the development and the growth in the economy with theories of enterprises in order to find links between the national economy and enterprises, as well as finding grounds for studying macroeconomic aspects in the context of value based management. Showing macroeconomic factors influencing the goodwill. Methodology – Critical analysis of literature in macroeconomics, economic policy, history of economics, as well as from the theory of enterprises and managing the goodwill. Findings – Synthetic connection of macroeconomic factors, indicated in Polish and foreign literature, regarded significant on account of their possibility of the influence on the goodwill. Originality – Macroeconomic theories of the development and the growth in the economy as well as theories of enterprises develop separately, however concept of value based management is a link between issues taken in these fields what so far in literature was not noticed. Few authors points at different single macroeconomic variables influencing the value of enterprises, which were gathered together in this paper.
