Summary/Abstract: Multithreading and complexity of the issues raised in the issues of entrepreneurship meant thatit developed a unified theory of entrepreneurship. Literature does not provide the precise definitionof „entrepreneurship”. Considerations on enterprise specific person, group of persons or institutionstherefore require an interdisciplinary approach, which on the one hand, significantly hinders thedevelopment of the theory of entrepreneurship, on the other hand provides the necessary academicdiversity of approaches. Lots of definition of entrepreneurship and their constant development, determinesthe need for a permanent classification and systematization. Without this it is difficult tointerpret the complexity and multi-threading problems. For the systematization can be assumed thatmodern-examining of research in economics and management for the enterprise, refer to the threemain trends associated with the views of F. Knight, J. Schumpeter and I.M. Kirzner.
