Liability insurance of air carrier for the effects of interference in air navigation caused by flight cancellation or delay

Summary/Abstract: With the development of civil aviation in Poland the number of claims to carriers increases. The available data show that there is a growing tendency of the number of complaints on carriers. The number of airplanes using the new mathematical and statistical methods is being stabilized. The article deals with the treatment of injured persons at airports and during airplane briefings. We point to the rights of passengers. We advise on the basic parameters of civil liability insurance.
