Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the problem of employment dynamics in the Polish economy in the regional perspective. The aim is to show trends and diversification of the dynamics and seasonality of the employment rate in the voivodships. The thesis that is verified in the article is that there is a significant differential employment rate in the area of seasonal fluctuations in particular regions of Poland.
