The Role of Contemporary Family and The School in Shaping Entrepreneurial Attitudes of Young People

Summary/Abstract: In the first part of the paper the author characterized the essence of the key competences, especially regarding innovation and initiative, what is crucial from the perspective of the whole article. In the second part the author focused on the processof shaping initiative attitudes among young people. Pointing out that initiative approachin the educacional process requires another perception of the role of teacher and parents in education. Special attention was paid to the role of the family and parental attitudes in intentional aspirations to proper shaping of the initiative attitudes of children and thus bringing them up to life in constant changing reality.
