Civil legal liability resulting from a contract for the carriage of passengers and luggage by road in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova

Summary/Abstract: In the present article the author attempts an analysis of an important process: legal civil liability resulting from the contract of carriage of passengers and baggage in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. A characteristic feature of liability carrier for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations arising from the contract of carriage of passengers is to limit the amount of compensation. Another peculiarity of the carrier's liability arises out of the special status that the passenger's responsibility, namely to the consumer of the services.
