Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the subject of individual initiative of employees analyzed from the perspective of management (as an element of civil behavior) and psychology (as aresult of activation and optimum stimulation of the nervous system). The article is conceptualin nature and has as its goal the systematization of knowledge regarding the individual initiative of employees and the identification of gaps in the research which could be reduced through future scientific study.
