The goal of the second part of the article is to recognize productive manager’s core competences which are being attached to women and men on executive positions by representatives of this occupational group, i.e. the managers. The questionnaire made by an expert panel has been used to garner empirical material. The population sample of 45 representatives of senior management was involved. The managers that took part in the research vary in the perception of women and men on executive positions.
