Higher Education Financing Within the Context of Enhancing The Quality Governing And University Integration Systems

Summary/Abstract: Strategic directions for teaching, scientific and artistic development in the area of encouraging dynamic and cohesive societies and in supporting the economic prosperity of a country and region, is primarily related to the higher education reform. The global goal of the reform is to develop a modern university with the entrepreneurial orientation that will educate qualified experts who are going to be current bearers of the economic, educational, scientific, research, artistic, cultural, sports and overall general social development. The intention behind this paper is to point out that the University of Sarajevo strategically work towards finding the most rational solution of funding the educational, scientific and artistic process that will be in the function of started reforming processes, and in University profiling to able to meet the challenges that tomorrow brings. In such BH system of government, with the uncertain transitive circumstances, one must invest into higher education much more, and monitor the quality of education which must ultimately provide important results for overcoming the difficult economic situation.
