PARENT`S OPINIONS ON THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF HOMEWORK IN LOWER CLASSES OF PRIMARY SCHOOL

Summary/Abstract: Homework assigns an unbreakable link between teachers, students and their parents.Thanks to homework, parents can see what their children are learning at school and students should develope responsibility and work habits while doing their homework. In the research which results are presented on this paper, opinions on the role and importance of homework in lower classes of primary school are examined. Also, this research sought to examine the parent's opinion on the planning, organization and evaluation of homework by teachers and how employed or unemployed parents participate in the development of homework with their children. There are many positive facts that in this context can justify the role and importance of domestic tasks.
