Summary/Abstract: The volume Hermannstadt: Facts – Images – Words was published by the home community of the Transylvanian Saxons and their chairwoman Dagmar Dusil in the hora publishing house Hermannstadt in 2017 and presented to the public in august 2017, on the occasion of the reunion of the Transylvanian Saxons in Hermannstadt. It incorporates in its pages everything that the Transylvanian Saxons experienced in the course of history, good and suitable experiences, which have – at least as regard to Hermannstadt – gained a lasting character through this volume. Conceived as an anthology it incorporates in its thoroughly compiled articles a documentary and literary part into a coherent world, which has a spiritual effect, but also a dimension of spiritual engagement.
