Summary/Abstract: Human resources are the most valuable, but labile component of each organization.The common bonds of employee-organization are the forms of employment,which are contracts of employment, based on the labor code or civil-legal contracts, based on the regulations of the Civil Code of the extended appropriate regulations. Articleis a review of current (from 1 January 2017) forms of employment and an attempt to evaluate them for the interest of workers. Scientific considerations were confronted with results of the empirical research conducted on a sample of employees, in which the forms of employment were in bundle of their goals and expectations.
