Summary/Abstract: Managing the movement of goods on foreign markets, whether by competent managers or business owners, you must take into account the return processes. Often time, specialized knowledge and skills assisted by IT tools are needed to manage the return processes of products in a simple and quick way, without unnecessary perturbations. Handling of foreign markets, in the case of companies operating simultaneously in and outside the home country, not only needs the strategies required to penetrate those markets effectively, but also the advanced freight and returns management which in most cases requires appropriate systems and support programs. Logistics return centers are good solutions in this case as they offer the monitoring services to follow the flow of goods from start to finish, inform the customers of important details about the product itself as part of the return process, as well as the course of the process, and at the same time, guarantee a smooth flow of goods without unnecessary contractions and interruptions in delivery. The authors verify to what extent the offer of logistics centers of return is used and put into operation by businesses oriented to foreign markets and how these companies handle return of their goods.
