Summary/Abstract: The article is a contribution to the discussion on contemporary support for entrepreneurship in Poland and its development. The discussion, which is being discussed more and more, concerns mainly activities addressed to starting-up entrepreneurs and students of economic universities. It seems that education in the field of entrepreneurship should be undertaken earlier, i.e. already in the upper-secondary schools, because it is when young people make the decision to start a business. For this purpose, the author has developed the project “Entrepreneurship and Management Competition”, which aims to increase economic knowledge among high school students across Poland. In addition to the presentation of the project, the article contains the results of research carried out among project participants, in which the didactic values of the project are positively evaluated.
