Summary/Abstract: This study was done to put forward some solution ways which will be applied in order to reduce the problem to a minimum level an even remove and to emphasize the importance of this topic in the strings particularly and to find out the reasons of the problems of intonation encountered in the violin education. The research was a descriptive study based on the main field research and qualitative findings were obtained through scanning sources and the quantitative findings were obtained from the questionaries. According to findings obtained, the importance of the intonation event in the violin education was considerably accentuated by the violin lecturers participating in the evaluation and the main and side factors causing the intonation problems were examined seperatively and the solution proposals which were seen necessary pertain to the topic were made.
