Summary/Abstract: The whole process of formation and evolution of the Romanian system of protection of human rights would’t have been possible without it beeing closely aligned with the European and universal systems for promoting democracy and the rule of law. The globalization of human rights compels our country to submit, like other countries, reports on the fulfillment of human rights, reports that are discussed in committees of experts, that are making recommendations for improvement, better known being the relations with the Council Europe in this field
