Development of the regional system of protecting human rights

Summary/Abstract: In their concern for creating human protection instruments as performance, states have built on the universal system of human rights by the UN and regional systems, depending on the particularities of certain areas, to ensure that the supreme value is dignity human. Inspired of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, these systems have been improved especially in recent decades, the efforts of states and regional organizations. The Islamic space still can not discuss the existence of a regional legal system for protection, but concerns the adoption of documents in this regard
