Summary/Abstract: Origen’s view about creation of human is in accord with biblical teaching. He follows the creationist view that God created man on the sixth day of creation. Because the text of Genesis intended to only to tell that God created every thing and not exactly when or how God did it. Because of these, Origen goes beyond the letter of the Holy Text trying to understand the meaning of the words of God. Origen shows that the two accounts of Genesis related with two creations, with two parts of the man (inner and outer, male and female). A crucial theme for understanding the Christian anthropo-logy is that according which, human was made in image of God. Bible said that God created man after the image of God, and Origen teach that Jesus Christ is The Image of God. Human have to earn his salvation, and this means he have to become His likeness.
