Summary/Abstract: Explanations of „human rights” based on the idea now generally accepted that all human beings are born equal in dignity and human solidarity requires inalienable moral rights and inherent to every man by virtue of belonging to the human species. These moral rights have been developed during the so-called "human rights", is translated into legal rights under the law making process developments in society at national and international basis of the consent of the legal rights which they extend, that all the subjects consent rights
