ANALYSIS OF THE CRIME INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION PROBLEM AT NATIONAL LEVEL

Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the conceptual components of National Critical Infrastructure Protection (PIC) strategies. As in other countries, Romania not only divides national infrastructure into critical sectors, but rather distinctly subdivides into an inventory classified in critical subsectors and even in lists of specific criticisms. This material calls into question the importance of a pragmatic public-private partnership in further enhancing the resilience of Critical Infrastructures (ICs) but also advocates a more explicit legal basis to provide clearer guidance in this collaborative evolutionary field, very dynamic and voluminous.
