Summary/Abstract: The organizational procedures for managing emergencies in critical infrastructures correspond to the training and capacity of the organization and the population to cope with crises and incidents. This policy includes the appropriate incident and emergency management, as well as the capacity to liaise with the national emergency management system. It is therefore important to develop emergency management procedures in order to create responsiveness and responsibilities for each worker before a conflict or an emergency occurs. This would lead to absorption and recovery in a coordinated and efficient way of the identified situation. In addition, incidents must be managed appropriately to avoid their development in a crisis. Thus, we identified 3 working procedures that will be detailed below: coordination procedures with external stakeholders, crisis management procedures, incident management and evaluation.
