Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine how the CEO-Career and Entrepreneurship Opportunities Conference outcome affects development of students’ personal attitudes, their social norms and innovativeness capacity, as well as to test the relationship between them and students’ perception on their employability. The study used a quantitative approach to research, which included data collection through electronic surveys of students that have been participated to the conference, with the use of a special created questionnaire for this study. The populations covered by this research are all participants of the Career and Entrepreneurship Opportunities Conference within the period of the 2013-2015. This research is aimed to present effects of nonconventional ways of setting a balance between higher education institutions learning outcomes and labor market in Bosnia and Herzegovina in sense of students’ employability perception, using research data and good practical evidences connected to the Career and Entrepreneurship Opportunities Conference of Sarajevo University School of Economics and Business.
