Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the problem of the children`s rights is discussed both in the context of the individuality and uniqueness of each human being and of the equality among people (as a paradox between singular and plural). The topic about the uniqueness of the child, but as a difference, that is sociocultural determined, is commented; and its provision as a right in the light of the equality that should be ensured through educational system with a focus on the individual effectiveness of learning.
