Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the analysis of innovation at the regional level. Its purpose is indicate the impact of individual measures at the regional level on the innovation of regions. This is described with regard to the functioning Triple-Helix system. The relationship between individual players is indicated and their differences in relation to different countries are indicated. The studies carried out show that decentralized innovation systems are more effective than the centralized.
