Summary/Abstract: Life servitisation has become real. At present the key question is not: do we talk about the development of services in general (the development of supply of services, the development of demand for services)?, but the questions is: what services keep developing and what increase is meant? Both the development of information society as well as the knowledge economy constitutes the basis for the development of services provided electronically (e-services). The consumers’ interest in purchase/consumption of e-services in Poland has been observed for over ten years. The objective of the article is the recognition of consumers’ attitudes towards e-services, including the attempt to define if they were affected by any changes in the recent years. The results of own research conducted in 2012 and 2017 have been demonstrated in the article.
