Conditions for Creating the Local Security Strategy

Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the issues of building a local community security strategy. With the rapid increase of global threats to the local community, there is an urgent need to identify theoretical bases for building a security strategy and its empirical implementation for the local government. The concept is based on four main areas for building strategy at local level, such as security theories from international relations, school strategies from strategic management, research methods of social sciences and strategic analysis, target models of strategy.
