Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to identify the offer of professional development in initiating relationships with future employees‒stakeholders of an organization. Literature studies and research conducted by the authors revealed that professional development is underestimated in the selection process. Although professional development included in the recruitment advertisements increases the candidates’ interest in the offer, the managers do not stress it out during interviews.
