The Evolution of New Structures of Public Sector Organizations

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the evolution of organizational structures of public administration and JST which might serve as the purpose of increasing effectiveness of these organizations. It discusses the potential modifications of the traditional, hierarchical structures towards decentralized models in response to growing demands of the citizens. It highlights that new organizational structures might stimulate the flexibility of these organisations and enhance public engagement.
