Summary/Abstract: Changing environmental conditions of organizations require culture of high tolerance of uncertainty. The high tolerance of uncertainty is linked with the ability to receive and initiate changes by creative individuals. Creative employees are desired and valued in organizations because of their resourcefulness. It should be emphasized that they require a unique management style and organizational culture supporting creativity. Managing the creative potential of the organization needs the revision of the selection, motivation and development processes. The main focus of the article is to describe specific organizational setting and conditions, especially organizational culture of high tolerance of uncertainty, which would support organizational creativity. The research method is based on the review of the latest Polish scientific literature on organizational creativity.
