Human Factor and the Risk of Successful Projects Implemented in the Public Sector

Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues related to the analysis of impact of the human factor on project success and risk in public administration. It treats the behaviour of people in the organization and management of project team as critical to project success or failure. Projects application in public administration is conditioned by the specific nature of these institutions, especially its organizational culture which influences the model of project work.
