Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine whether Polish enterprises, in the context of changes in the labor market and increasing employee expectations, carry out activities aimed at greater sustainability of their business operations. Quantitative and qualitative research was carried out in 2017 based on a questionnaire, on a group of 142 representatives of organizations and enterprises. The results were subjected to statistical analysis. U Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Jonckheere-Terpstra trend test, post hoc test of Dunn test with Bonferroni correction were used. According to 20% of respondents, the company in which they work has not introduced any sustainable practices, and only 11% think that it is fully sustainable.
