Summary/Abstract: The opus of Vojin Komadina is consisted of over 200 notable works with two basic creative approaches: the presence of folklore, primarily the Bosnian-Herzegovinian and openness to contemporary and modern style and aesthetic requirements of composing. These guidelines mark overall pluralistic work of Komadina, but do not exhibit the same quantitative and qualitative intensity. In these creative guidelines can be seen a few more or less closed phase: neo-classical (the first student works until 1965), the avant-garde (1965- 1969), folklore (strongest from 1969 to 1976) and a new phase of simplicity (1976-1997) with subphase colored with national Serbian-Orthodox content of the second half of the '80s. However, by reviewing his work I noticed that his work in sense of the historical, stylistic and aesthetic variations, is eternal melody that runs as a constant through all stages of development. Therefore, selected works are require of proof bosnian meaning but also of world significance of his work.
