Summary/Abstract: They face in the globalizing world with increasingly competitive conditions in the industrial environment of tourism enterprises is amplified. Therefore, the purpose of the organization, which is one of enterprises continued their efforts to continue their existence, while in domestic and foreign markets have several advantages over strong competitors, and that they want to maintain their advantage.
