Summary/Abstract: 3 + 1 workplace training and implementation model, which was initiated under the leadership of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, is an important educational institution in the tourism sector for creating human resources. With regard to the study on tourism in Turkey as well as the work of students the education they have made of the institutions and organizations active in the education concepts were explained by examining the stages of tourism education. According to data obtained from the research results of the knitting up to higher education institutions from secondary schools of tourism education in Turkey and it is being carried out with widely, starting with the need for intermediate elements of the tourism sector is understood that in the medium and format that will meet the needs of senior members tried to be educational.
