Summary/Abstract: In the face of incredibly dynamic and stormy changes in the business environment the growth and development of the company’s value of relationships do not go trouble-free. The paper assumes that the growth in the value of the company’s relationships with market stakeholders is reflected in the growth of a tangible expected value of a given relationship. The development of the relationship’s value is related to the improvement of the relationship’s quality. The problems of growth of the relationship’s value and methods of their reduction or elimination are economic in nature, typical of most companies. The issues of the development of the relationships’ value and their overcoming should be considered in a strategic, organizational and behavioural dimension.
