Summary/Abstract: The process of organizations development needs changing in almost all fields: strategy, structure, systems and management style. There is only one exception – organizational core values, which should be the most stable basis of organizational identity. There are three aspects of value systems of an organization: economic-pragmatic, emotional-developmental and ethical-social. Only the last two should be lasting; economic-pragmatic values can be adopted to changing strategies and structures.
