Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research was to analyze the use of social media applications by their users. The article contains basic information and statistical data on social media and mobile applications taken from a review of literature and statistical compilations. The procedure for testing the degree of saturation with selected applications of the most popular social networking sites was carried out using diagnostic questionnaire survey forms. The article also contains graphically illustrated research results and a number of conclusions that can provide a basis for further analysis of this problem.
