Struggle with stress in the workplace as a protection of employees‘ potential

Summary/Abstract: Poland belongs to the countries with the highest percentage of stressed employees in Europe. In this study it was made an attempt to find an answer to the question how the phenomenon of destructive stress in the workplace can destroy the potential of employees. The effect of the considerations are recommendations for creating workplaces that are friendly to employees, in which they can maintain and develop their potential. The study used a review of the subject literature and available reports on stress in the workplace.
